MasterLink Corporation's management team is composed of a core group of executive leaders with combined experience totaling well over 100 years.

Kent A. Weisner, President and CEO, Director and Co-founder, brings over 30 years of successful business management, ownership and entrepreneurial experience to MLC. Mr. Weisner is responsible for business planning and developing relationships with customers, investors and partnerships. He also provides the strategic direction of the company, with the assistance of the Board of Directors and Advisors.

John D. Hartman, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder was an information technology director for the leading television ratings firm, and is an Object-Oriented (OO) programming and design specialist. Mr. Hartman, a Co-founder of MasterLink Corporation, brings over 25 years of functional systems analysis, design, and project management skills to the firm.

Kenneth M. Levine, Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer and Co-founder, leads research, design and development of the MasterLink software solution. Mr. Levine has over 35 years experience in project management, system architecture and other advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, and Object Oriented Analysis & Design and programming. Preceding job assignments were similar duties for Visa International, Tandem Computers, Pacific Bell, Siemens Stromberg Carlson, and Commercial Credit Systems. Mr. Levine attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Phillip L. Chrisman, Director of Business Development, has over 22 years experience in hardware and software technology companies in a fast-paced, growth and expansionary phase. Mr. Chrisman brings a unique strategy of software evaluation and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis to ensure that both the customer and software vendor enjoy mutual success. Mr. Chrisman leads our sales and marketing efforts. Preceding job assignments were similar duties for Honeywell ISD, Rockwell Automation, Gensym Corporation, and Echelon Corporation. Mr. Chrisman has a BS in Computer Engineering from Case Institute of Technology, Case Western Reserve University.
