Manage Skill Premiums to Reduce Operating Costs
Skill premiums are the excess skill delivered to accomplish a given set of tasks. For example, if a highly skilled electrician is dispatched to do work that could be performed by a less skilled electrician, your organization pays a higher cost than necessary to complete the job. Because MasterLink IWM tracks the requirements of each job along with the skill levels of all workers, the system automatically chooses the best-suited worker available to perform the work.
