Samuel E. Langfitt, III, Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board, is experienced in leading a number of start-up companies to success and successful companies to higher levels of performance. Mr. Langfitt serves on the Board of Directors.
Ralph H. Reichard is a seasoned executive with 41 years of success in the general management of public and private software, professional services and outsourcing companies.
Mr. Reichard is President of Green Street Group, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in assisting start-up software companies. Mr. Reichard was President and Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix International Ltd., Inc. (PHXX) where revenues grew from $400,000 to $17.8 million (4350%) in three years under his leadership. He was also instrumental in taking the company public in 1996, with a secondary offering in 1997.
Prior to Phoenix, Mr. Reichard was President of the Banking Business Unit at Newtrend (Orlando, FL), where he was responsible for the executive management of 260 people involved in software, professional services and outsourcing. He also had full P&L responsibility for a $25 million software business, and a $15 million regional bank servicing operation, during which time EBIT was 36%.
Other positions held by Mr. Reichard include: President, CCS, Inc.; President/Research & Development, The Kirchman Corporation; Senior Vice President & Regional Manager/Professional Services, Broadway & Seymour, Inc.; General Manager, Automatic Data Processing, Inc.; and, Manager, Eastern Airlines, Inc.
Kay M. Stanney, Ph.D., is Professor and Trustee Chair, University of Central of Florida, Industrial Engineering & Management Systems. Dr. Stanney specializes in human-computer interaction, human performance, human-virtual environment interaction, and human-computer interface design. Dr. Stanney is one of only 18 lifetime National Science Foundation grant recipients. Dr. Stanney will provide guidance on SBIR and STTR grant proposals. In addition, her exposure to students offers MLC a hiring advantage via personnel leads.
William D. S. Smitley, Ph.D. former Executive Director of The Quality College of Philip Crosby Associates, Inc. is a specialist/consultant in quality management, valuation, & measurement. During his 20 years experience he enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations through the evaluation, design, marketing, sales, and delivery of training solutions. He had the privilege to work side by side with author and quality guru Philip Crosby in providing quality improvement initiatives to corporations. In addition, he evaluated key elements of human performance and organizational effectiveness associated with courses, curriculums, processes, and systems such as the 911 Emergency Telephone System. His recommendations for performance and organizational improvements have been delivered to executives and implemented with tangible savings.
John D. Hartman, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. John was an information technology director for the leading television ratings firm, and is an Object-Oriented (OO) programming and design specialist. Mr. Hartman, a Co-founder of MasterLink Corporation, brings 22 years of functional systems analysis, design, and project management skills to the firm.
